AI Calendar Buddy (the “Licensed Application”) is licensed, not sold, to you for use only under the terms of this End User License Agreement. The Licensor of the Licensed Application is Cam Software LLC (“Licensor”).
This Licensed Application is licensed to you under Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement (the “Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into this agreement by reference and is the controlling agreement between you and Licensor. The summary below is provided for convenience only; in any conflict between this summary and the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls.
Licensor grants you a non-transferable license to use the Licensed Application on any Apple-branded products that you own or control, as permitted by the App Store Terms of Service. You may not distribute, sublicense, rent, lease, sell, redistribute, or reverse-engineer the Licensed Application.
Licensor does not collect personal data through the Licensed Application. The Licensed Application stores your tasks, projects, and scheduled blocks in your own iCloud account (CloudKit) and processes AI features on-device using Apple Intelligence (Apple’s Foundation Models Framework). For details, see our Privacy Policy.
This license is effective until terminated by you or Licensor. Your rights under this license terminate automatically if you fail to comply with any of its terms.
The Licensed Application may use Apple-provided services (iCloud/CloudKit, EventKit, Apple Intelligence) and Apple-handled in-app purchases for the optional Pro subscription. Licensor is not responsible for the availability or accuracy of any third- party services accessed through these integrations.
The Licensed Application is provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE” without warranty of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Licensor disclaims all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory, or otherwise.
To the extent not prohibited by law, in no event shall Licensor be liable for personal injury or any incidental, special, indirect, or consequential damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the Licensed Application.
You may not use or otherwise export or re-export the Licensed Application except as authorized by United States law and the laws of the jurisdiction in which the Licensed Application was obtained.
You and Licensor acknowledge that Apple, and Apple’s subsidiaries, are third-party beneficiaries of this license, and that, upon your acceptance of the terms and conditions of this license, Apple will have the right (and will be deemed to have accepted the right) to enforce this license against you as a third-party beneficiary.
For the complete and controlling terms, please read Apple’s Licensed Application End User License Agreement. By installing or using AI Calendar Buddy, you agree to be bound by those terms, with Cam Software LLC as the “Application Provider” / Licensor.
